Sinotruck Jinan Forming Center is the base for auto castings and forgings in Sinotruck. It has 50-year castings and forgings production history and can produce 60 thousand tons of castings and forgings respectively. The production equipment and quality are in advanced level.

For castings, it equips two HWS static pressure molding production lines and the supporting EIRICH sand treatment system, LORAMENDI, FA core making system, four sets of inductotherm melting furnaces, OCC furnace vermicularizing control system, feed pellet control system and spectral analysis, CMM, mechanical hand shot blasting machine and core machine, etc.

For forgings, it owns KP125MN, MP80MN hot die forging press automatic production line of German company SMS; two 16 tons of electro-hydraulic hammer production lines; hot die forging press production line of 6,300 tons and 3,150 tons, flat forging press production line of 1,600 tons and 630 tons, large and medium-sized thermal treatment suspension wire, isothermal annealing wire, pit type furnace is fire and so on.
